These terms and conditions apply to all purchase orders submitted through Yoga Circé s.r.o. www.yogacirce.com (hereinafter referred to as the” website”). This also covers all purchase agreements a consumer enters into from a distance with Yoga Circé s.r.o., from now on referred to as” Yoga Circé”). You are instructed to read these terms and conditions before placing any orders. You confirm that you accept these terms and conditions by placing an order. Yoga Circé may update these terms and conditions at any point.
A binding purchase agreement is entered into as soon as your order has been confirmed and an order confirmation has been sent from Yoga Circé to the e-mail address you provided Yoga Circé with. If an incorrect price were shown on the website at the time of your purchase, you would be offered to purchase the item at the correct price or cancel the order. However, please note that this is highly unlikely to happen. Yoga Circé reserves the right to decline or rescind a purchase agreement if fraud or other activity similar to fraud, such as unlawful use of another person’s credit card, is suspected.
The website is intended for sales to consumers only. If you are under 18, you must gain parental approval before submitting any order through the Yoga Circé website. If not, the buyer might be liable for the possible costs of an invalid agreement.
Duties and Taxes
Within the European Union
On all orders within the EU, prices include local VAT and are payable in the currency indicated on the website––that is, EURO or Česká koruna. All taxes and duties are included in the price at checkout. Please note that the shipping fee is added on top of the cost of the items.
Rest of the World
On all orders outside the EU, the price paid at checkout excludes taxes, duties, and VAT. International orders can incur taxes, duties, and other levies as determined by the Local Customs Authority within the destination country of your order. This is a common practice when shipping to a non-EU country. Although this does not always occur, the assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the Tax-free threshold (if there is any) for goods imported into the country from which you are ordering. While we apologize for any inconvenience, we have no control over such fees. Paying duties and taxes is the recipient’s/buyer’s responsibility and will not be refunded or compensated by Yoga Circé (More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office).
Payment and Pricing
Yoga Circé uses PayPal, Apple Pay, and Stripe for secure online credit and debit card payments. Please refer to Paypal, Apple, and Stripe to learn more about their services. Whercompensationnt is subject to validation and authorization by a card issuer or bank; any Order Confirmation is subject to such validation authorisation. The website prices are current and may be changed at any time. Yoga Circé is not bound by price indications on the website, which have occurred due to technical problems or rates the customer manipulated. Any orders as a result of this can systematically be canceled. Should any unauthorized charges appear on your credit card due to shopping with Yoga Circé, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
Delivery and Shipping
We always aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days after you make your order. Typically, orders are delivered within 3-8 working days within the EU––this might vary depending on which EU country you are based in; please check our FAQ for delivery times. Delivery times are estimates only and may take longer than expected (particularly during peak seasons, e.g., Christmas). We currently ship to most countries, but there are some countries to which shipping is more complicated.
Should you inquire whether or not we ship to a specific location, please get in touch with our support team at hello@yogacirce.com. For non-EU customers, please be advised that your local Customs Authority might incur additional VAT, customs charges, and other levies on your import at applicable rates. In addition, you are asked to inspect delivered items upon delivery and report any deviations or damages found as described in our Returns Policy.
Exchanges, Returns, and Withdrawal or Order
We offer you a 30-day right-of-return of the item/s you ordered, calculated from when you placed your order. If you wish to make such a return, please follow our Refund and Return Policy. Items must be returned properly wrapped and packaged. We will refund your payment method as soon as we will have received the returned items and will have been able to confirm all return requirements were met. If the item/s you ordered and received from us is/are defective or damaged, you should contact Yoga Circé as soon as possible and request a refund or delivery replacement. The same applies in case you identify that a product has been damaged during transportation or you identify other deviations in the delivery, e.g., received the wrong or multiple products.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. In case of a return, the customer is responsible for the risks that apply, e.g., loss or damage during transportation or delivery. If you want to exchange a different size or product, tell us you wish to exchange the product and let us know more details about your preferred exchange.
Discounts and Promotions
On orders eligible for a discount, the value of the discount is considered a general discount on the total amount of the order. If part of or the entire order is sent back for a refund, the value of the returned merchandise is recalculated, and the purchase price minus the relative share of the overall discount will only be credited.
Promotions and discount codes are only valid on new orders and cannot be applied retrospectively.
Content, Products, and Specifications
All features, content, specifications, and prices of products and services described or depicted on this website are subject to change at any time without notice. Certain weights, measures, and similar descriptions are approximate and provided only for convenience.
